Usually, the VODs are available on our website for 48h after they have been posted to our website.
If you have already purchased the live event or subscribed to our services, you will not be charged any additonal fees to watch the replay. All you need to do is log into your account and enjoy!
Step 1. Choose the event you'd like to watch and click on the Subscribe/Buy button on the premium content above.
Step 2. Press the Register Here button or select the Register option at the top of the form.
Step 3. Fill in the form with your Full Name, Email Address and Password and press the Create account button.
You will receive an email confirmation for a successfully created account. To find out how to make a purchase, proceed to the next section.

Step 3. Enter your Email Address and press the Submit button.
Step 4. Leave the tab with the form open. In a new tab check your email for a Tokenthat you can use to update your password.
Step 5. Copy and Paste the Token along with your New Passwordand press the Submit button.
Your password will be updated. Please login with your Email Address and new Password.

You can cancel your subscription to BrassPass.tv at any time. Just follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log into your BrassPass.tv account.
Step 2: In the bottom right corner of the page, you should be able to see the user menu. Click on the user menu and select My Subscriptions.
Step 3: From the popup menu click on the Cancel subscription button. An email notification will be sent to you shortly, confirming the cancellation.
